Clean Skin Club, one of my favorite cleansing cloths ever. I have ditched my washcloths in favor of these. They're biodegradable from viscous bamboo.
★ Best untinted sunscreen
Hydra Sheer 100% Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30
The Outset Hydra Sheer 100% Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30
Brought up 7 times
I have been loving the Outset all summer long. This is their mineral sunscreen SPF 30 which is perfect for fall. I have been using it in the summer on and off during those days when I'm not out and about very much. But I love this. It won my award for my untinted favorite sunscreen this summer. [...] It goes on a little bit on the white side. But once it dries down, that white cast completely disappears on my fair skin. Loving this mineral sunscreen, and it's one of my new go-tos.

I have their peel serum that I tried for my face and it was much too strong. It's called their multi-acid milk peel, a little bit too strong for my face.

One is the new K18 hair oil. Honestly, this just didn't work out. It weighed my hair down. I just didn't like the feel of it. I usually do an oil pre-treat in the evenings, kind of some few drops of oil and then put on kind of a sleep cap. This just wasn't for me.
Beyond50Skin: Nay vs gurus 81% Yay
This is a great cleanser. I personally find it a touch too drying, especially as we're moving into the cooler weather. This is not a repurchase for me. I find other cleansers a little bit less drying. [...] I know a ton of you like it and it's probably just because I have super super dry skin and I live in a very dry climate.

"This is one that I've been wanting to try for a long time by Allies of Skin, their copper peptide serum. They also have very stacked ingredient decks. And this one has 2% ectoine copper peptides, the copper lysinate complex, acetyl hexopeptide 8, plus 1% copper tripeptide complex. So a couple different types of copper peptides in here. Excited to try this too, and I've heard great things."

"This is their Deliverance serum. [...] I had it on the shelf and I was thinking it was kind of more for oily skin types but honestly this has some wonderful calming properties. It has water lily that calms the skin. This is a great anti-redness serum if your skin is irritated and especially if you tend to be a little bit on the oily side and acne prone. So many of you have told me how much you love this serum if you have kind of an oily T-zone."

If you have not tried Exooazomes, which are basically stem cell secretions, these are from the tulip bulb. So, this is a plant-based Exoome. [...] It's beautiful. Super hydrating. "The Allies of Skin firming peptide treatment daily treatment, I ended up using this in the evening time. [...] There is [...] some research on peptides, [...] especially when it comes to hydration. "The vitamin C by Skinceuticals is a little bit of a boost in price because it has the additional DNA repair enzymes. It's fantastic. It contains L-ascorbic acid, which is the gold standard for vitamin C formulas, and it also contains CE Ferulic, and it doesn't have that funky smell or that greasy feel that you get with some vitamin C's. This is definitely going to be on my repurchase list."

"I went through a ton of vitamin C. I went through the Allies of Skin 20% Vitamin C Brighten and Firm Serum. This is their formula with THD ascorbate, tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, which is a vitamin C derivative so it's a little bit gentler than ascorbic acid. I typically have better luck with the ascorbic acid formulas for brightening, so that won't be a repurchase."

"It's their plumping oil. Love this for night time. You can use it during the day, but I find it works better overnight. It just sinks into the lip area. Is absolutely gorgeous. They have two new launches in this line, the pink champagne and sangria, which I'm just getting ready to open and try. I try to use my lip oils at night. And I also find that an oil at night is more penetrating and hydrating, whereas a lip gloss, a lip plumping gloss is a little bit better solution for the daytime."

"The vitamin C is L-ascorbic acid which is the gold standard at 15% in this formula and it's a higher percentage at 20% in this formula that's why I transitioned into a lower percentage. I prefer the coconut oil as opposed to the Argan Oil but they're both wonderful products for protecting your hair before wash day."

[...] If I have some redness I just layer it in my treatment step sleep in it overnight and I usually wake up with less irritated less red skin. It's a very gentle exfoliator, it's an antioxidant, it helps brighten the skin, it can also inhibit tyrosinase which is an enzyme that causes hyperpigmentation so it has a lot of functions."

"The Ordinary's barrier Repair Serum [...] is a great little serum for comforting the skin. It has 10 emollients and 6 humectants, so what's the difference between an emollient and a humectant? We need both to repair your barrier or to help with dry skin. Humectants are just like they sound, they attract water to the skin. Skin needs hydration and water to heal it up. It also needs an emollient, which means that it needs some lipids to create a barrier and protect it."

"The key with this is it's great for rosacea and dry acne because it breaks up the oil in the skin, it hydrates the skin, and it also kind of reduces the redness. It's a very interesting formula. The one thing that folks who have regular acne or just not dry acne might not like is it feels a little bit oily. It's an oil-free product but it kind of goes on the skin a little bit on the oily side, so it might feel a little uncomfortable on people who have oily acne skin."

"You can use the combination of the squalane and the marula to make your own pre-treat hair oil. I've been really into pre-treating my hair with oil before I've been shampooing lately to reduce the frizz, has increased the shine and manageability, and actually has been giving me a lot more body because I'm really protecting that hair before I go into the shower. "So I'm not sure why they put perfume in here. It must be because it's masking a scent is the only reason I can think. But it does have five different vitamin C derivatives. And I pick it up every year. Highly recommend you pick it up if you don't have a holy grail sunscreen yet. [...] They always come in a cute little reusable bag."

"This is a cleansing balm by Versed. Basically a balm cleanser is just to remove those traces of makeup and sunscreen that you might have built up. This one has eucalyptus oil, which maybe is irritating for some, and vitamin E, which is a great antioxidant. "The Dermatology retinol cream is fairly thick, it has a lovely texture and it contains shea butter which is one of my favorite body butters. It also dries down really nicely and just leaves your skin soft and silky. Another ingredient I want to call out is caffeine, which has been used in skincare for years and is supposed to help with blood circulation to decrease puffiness. How much it actually helps with anti-aging body care I can't say, but I did want to mention that it's in here."

"This is the NIOD Fractionated Eye Contour Concentrate, with I think over 40 ingredients that are supposed to be great for the under eye area. I just find this greasy. You can't put any concealer or makeup over it without it looking sort of greasy. And I even overnight this, and this really just doesn't do what I expected it to do. And it is on the pricey side, and it has a ton of proven ingredients, which makes me wonder why it's not working. So this is not going to be a repurchase."

"It may cause some redness and irritation and flaking because it's causing those skin cells to rapidly turn over, which can cause some irritation when you first use it. So, I did not experience that, but I have had a couple comments where people have had some irritation when they start using this product. So definitely do your patch test, but if you can tolerate it, this is one of the best products in the entire line, especially for the undereye area, which is so challenging to treat."
