"They're formulated with polyhydroxy acids which help improve the moisture content of the skin. I have these actually and they're really nice, I have the cream too. This is a good option if you have really sensitive skin, since ingredients like ammonium lactate or urea can sting, especially with eczema, and this should not sting as much. The cream reminds me a little bit of Amlactin in terms of the odor, and the cream is a lot thicker in consistency than the lotion."
