What the gurus are saying

This mist earns strong praise for staying completely non-sticky and drying down to perfection, making it genuinely good for reapplication over makeup. The lightweight, cooling formula won't weigh down hair and can even be used on baby skin, though it can't be sprayed directly onto the face. Best results come from spraying into your hands first and then applying it.

"And this is great for a reapplication over makeup. [...] What I would do is spray it and then still rub it in to make sure you're getting that coverage. I personally spray in my hand and then apply just to make sure I'm getting that full dispersal and coverage, which you don't get if you spray. It's a bit patchy, but reapplication over makeup, just use this. It doesn't budge your makeup. Doesn't distort things. It is just stunning and it dries down to perfection."

"When you spray it, it does not impart a sticky texture on your skin nor does it weigh your hair down or make your scalp really greasy and oily. [...] It's not sticky, it's pretty elegant, absorbs really quickly, and is also water resistant. I really love using it before I go outside, especially spraying on my hair to make sure that my color treated hair is protected from UV damage."

"I bought this sunspray to compare it with a Korean sunspray, and between the two, Japan wins. You have to be careful, you can't spray it directly onto your face, you put it on your hands first and then apply it. It feels almost like water, so light and cooling, not sticky at all, great if you live somewhere tropical, and you can even use it on a baby's body. I'll keep this one for summer."

"I did like this as a reapplication and it does dry pretty quickly, and that's probably because of the alcohol. It does have a little bit more of a tack to it, like it's a little bit more mattifying than even the water gel. I didn't hate it, also didn't love it. I'm looking for the perfect spray, I haven't found the perfect reapplication spray, but this one's pretty good overall, so I would recommend this actually over that one."
