What the gurus are saying

The ceramide complex earns consistent praise for repairing the moisture barrier and preventing long-term dryness. Reviewers highlight the rich texture, shea butter, and glycerin as particularly well-suited to dry or sensitive skin. It's specifically recommended for pregnancy use. At around 16 euros, the formula offers solid barrier support at an accessible price, though it's noticeably richer than the brand's gel version, so anyone currently using a lighter moisturizer may want to patch-test first.

"This is the Moisturizing Rich Cream, what a beautiful formula. This too has that tri-ceramide blend, which I think having that in a moisturizer is a great choice for barrier support. They added in some bakuchiol, often called a retinol alternative, but I would say don't forget that it's a great antioxidant ingredient, in addition to all of these wonderful emollient and occlusive ingredients. It is a beautiful rich moisturizer, and to think that this product is so nice for dry skin and yet it's seventeen dollars."

"The second ingredient here is glycerin, then it's got shea butter, ceramides, and squalane. I actually love this product for pregnancy and I would recommend you get this one too."

"Something that's new to the BYOMA range that I only just picked up last week, I was so excited, I'd heard about it and finally got my hands on it: their new product called the Moisturizing Rich Cream. This thing costs less than 16 euros. In addition to the tri-ceramide complex, it has peptides and it has shea extract, and it is much richer than their gel version moisturizer, which I did try last year and just wasn't heavy enough for my skin. This one I really, really like. I mean it's not going to compare with my Augustinus Bader, but it has a refillable pod and you just can't beat the price. So to me, if you need a really affordable, incredibly good and effective moisturizer, this is the one."
