Propolis Synergy Toner.

"If you asked me what my favorite hydrating toner was, for years it's been the Cosrx Propolis Synergy Toner. But I just finished another one of these, and in an effort to not get stuck on one product, I thought I'd replace it and try something else for a while."

Part of why this is so hydrating has to do with its consistency, it feels thicker than water, you can feel a bit more viscosity to it, and whether you do the toner pads method or not you can really feel that deep hydration. I love the ingredients in this as well, we have some panthenol in here, we have some hyaluronic acid in here, propolis has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, even antifungal properties, and honey is a very strong antibacterial ingredient, which means these are wonderful ingredients for acne prone skin. With propolis it is important to note that an allergy is a possibility, so if you have a propolis allergy it is not going to do the great beneficial things for you. This isn't just hydrating, it also has all of these benefits for acne prone skin and it also helps to support your moisture barrier, which all comes together to make such a fantastic toner. "This is my third bottle of the Propolis Synergy Toner and I am ranking it as my number one cosrx product because every time I go back to it I remember how good it is. The ingredients look basic but every time I use it, it feels anything but basic, and I think that comes down to how well the propolis and honey extract work for my skin. Propolis is a great ingredient for acne prone skin as long as your skin gets along with it, it's antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory, and this formula has 72.6 percent propolis extract. It never bothers my skin, it's never stinging or uncomfortable, instead it's always deeply hydrating. The texture is a little thicker so you don't need a cotton pad to apply it, and one layer isn't sticky, though it can get a little sticky if you build it up, so I reserve using it heavily from night use. It's incredibly hydrating, incredibly calming and soothing, just a little sticky if you layer it too much. It's one of those products where I forget just how much I love it, but it only takes one use to remind me."
