There is a study and the study sucks to say to put it lightly, and I've explained that in numerous videos on why rosemary oil for hair is fluff BS. This also has caffeine in it though, which can get into the hair follicle, localize there, stay there, and help to energize hair follicle cells and reduce oxidative stress and has been shown to be helpful for hair loss."
