I had to take a little break and use a retinol that was like a little less effective, so I experienced a little bit of purge, some flaking, some dryness. Ceramides are so helpful if you are experiencing that or if you're starting Tretinoin or if you're starting a retinol. I always pick up like at least one of their packs."
