What the gurus are saying

This blush is so sheer that reviewers couldn't see the color showing up on skin after application, even when they tried the deeper shades. Lighter versions earned descriptions like "ghost blush" for delivering barely any visible pigment. Those wanting noticeable flush may want to grab the deepest available shade or layer multiple applications, though even then the color stays quite soft and buildable.

"I bought this blush which I almost feel is inarguably one of the most beautiful blushes ever created, only to then discover, where is the pigment in this, it's basically a ghost blush in the lightest shade. My mistake was thinking that with my fair skin I should go with the lightest one, but no, Flower Knows goes very light, if you want pigment go for the deepest one. I bought a deeper shade and it's still a soft blush but I like this one more."

"I did use a Flower Knows blush a long time ago that I didn't like. It was a blue blush that went into color, and I thought that would be nice to put, like, a little bit of blue under the eye, a little bit there, because blue is kind of brightening on the skin, right? Couldn't see it. Couldn't see a single thing."

I WASTED MY MONEY! Makeup I regret buying
"I wanted to take a look at this blush from a brand, Flower Knows. It has this really cute blue into a light pink. What I find really fascinating about this bluey, kind of like verging on a light lilac as it goes in, is how brightening this will be in terms of color theory, how it's going to brighten up this area. So let's try it. I want to try sweeping it this way and trying to keep that blue tone up here with the blush underneath just to see if it will brighten my under eyes a little bit. I don't know if you can see the blue on the top there and the pink. To be honest, even the color itself isn't that obvious. Let's just do a whole mix and swivel up the whole thing. There's nothing there. Okay, perhaps not the best blush, to be honest with you. It's very natural, and I think maybe if you have fairer skin than me, it would look quite nice."
