What the gurus are saying
White noise that mimics the womb sounds helps babies stay asleep and shields them from household noises, while also masking the grunting and crying sounds babies make so parents can sleep through the night. The Hatch earns praise for its app control, you can adjust sounds and switch to gentler light colors (pink or blue instead of bright white) without getting out of bed, which matters when you're already exhausted. A few gurus have weighed in so far, so there's room for more takes as more people try it.
