"One of my favorite eyebrow pencils is the Kosas Brow Pop pencil. It's the one that I use on myself. "I could not finish up the makeup section of this without recommending the Kosas Brow Pop Dual Action Defining Pencil. Ever since I got this I have not really touched another eyebrow pencil at all. It has this really tiny tip and it's just the perfect amount of waxy. When you go in it doesn't deposit too much color, which if you're like a makeup noob you don't want something that's too soft because you end up going in way too intensely with the brows."
