"This is the L'Oreal Voluminous Panorama Mascara. I think this is one of the best drugstore mascaras that has launched in a really long time. I love that it gives truly a very fanned out effect you can really build it up which is what I look for in a mascara and it wears so well. But it's not waterproof. It actually takes quite a bit of time to wash off but it's not waterproof. You just basically need the warm water to sit on it for longer than most mascaras and then it comes off very easily."
