It's majority mandelic acid, which basically gently exfoliates your skin and prevents bacteria from growing that causes odor. Why I love this is it helps to neutralize odors and exfoliate that area, which makes your underarms look so nice and smooth. But it will not prevent you from sweating. It just helps to kind of neutralize odors and exfoliate that area. The only problem is it doesn't prevent sweating."
