What the gurus are saying

This sun milk's runniness and notably strong baby powder scent are the real friction points, making it an easy skip for anyone bothered by either issue. Those who don't mind the texture and scent will find the matte finish, affordability, and filter choices genuinely appealing. The take: good option if neither the runniness nor the scent is a dealbreaker, but many will pass.

"This is the Waterproof Sun Milk from Missha. It actually set pretty nicely. [...] It's a hybrid sunscreen, it's chemical and mineral, which usually are pretty aesthetic anyway."

"There's a lot of fragrance at play here, but even the actual scent of this I hate it so much, it is so cloying and gross. It smells like baby powder that was made into a perfume, like it's so concentrated, it's so perfumey, it's almost cologne-like. I don't mind that powdery baby scent but it was just so thick and it just sticks with you all day long. This one I found headache-inducing because it's just so hard on your nose and your senses. I did not like it at all."

"It's great all around to use for all skin types, even for those with dry skin. If you use this over a moisturizer, you're not going to find this very drying. It's great as a makeup primer, suitable for oily, combination, normal skin. It's another one if you're looking for something that is nice and elegant that will not leave your skin feeling dry, looking shiny, heavy feeling, or sticky."

"But [...] this ended up being not my favorite sunscreen in this video, it's just a combination of that runniness and that strong scent. I still think it's a good option, [...] I'm giving it an A minus, but it's just not my favorite. [...] I do like the lack of a white cast, and I do think the filters used in this are a good choice for some of the areas that have restrictions on what filters you can use. [...] I probably won't repurchase this, I'll probably pass this one along."
