"It actually thins out and you can see there's a hydration element to this while also having that plump body and kind of that creamy element. As it hits your skin it kind of melts down to a lighter layer than it first looks as you squeeze it out of the bottle. This feels so good. It's a little bit plumper, a little thicker, slightly stiffer than a watery toner, so I know where to put it in my skincare routine. I chose this because of the texture, that mixture of the hydration element and that slightly creamy element, but it's not super duper thick. I'm building in my hydration and moisture balance in equal amounts with it."
