"This under eye cream by Numbuzin is an NAD+ retinol with niacinamide and peptides, a multitasking treatment for fine lines and wrinkles that also brightens the under eyes. What I really love is that it has ceramides that give it a shimmer, so when I rub it in it instantly makes the light bounce off my under eyes and the dark circles seem to disappear, while the niacinamide gradually improves the under eye color. "This is the Numbuzin eye cream. It was all over social media and I had a lot of difficulty opening the packaging at first, so many people ended up just prying it open, but once it's open you can just press it, so it's not that much of a problem. After testing it and using it continuously, I think this line works pretty great. I felt like an eye cream has to actually work like an eye cream, if it's too light, like Beauty of Joseon, why even use it, it dries too quickly. This one works like a proper eye cream and it contains 50 different peptides, which definitely helps slow aging. I'd put this in S tier. However, if you have oily combo skin and live in tropical weather, even young skin can find this one a bit heavy."

"In terms of denatured types of alcohol, it does not contain any of those. It does contain some fatty alcohols and has no fragrance and no scent and is manufactured in Korea. You want to use the pumper. I do like that they put the expiration date and the manufacturer date on here, that is a pro. It does make this kind of hard to dispense a proper amount, but it does apply really nicely. You just apply a moderate amount and then they say pat for better absorption. I would recommend using this in your evening routine. It does have kind of a pearlescent finish which makes it nice, but because of the retinoids in here, I think you're better off using this at night and in your daytime focusing on sunscreen and vitamin C. Even though it has a nice finish that kind of gives it a little bit of a brightening look, that's kind of what I would recommend doing. It does have a nice feel, a nice texture to it. It doesn't feel tacky or anything, it really does feel nice and slippery on skin, but not over the top or sticky. I'll use it around my eyes, underneath my eyes, and sometimes in between my eyebrows, but a lot of eye creams I'll put on my eyelids, I don't recommend doing that with this because of the retinoids in there. Be very careful getting this too close to your eyes because your eye tear ducts are very sensitive to certain ingredients we use in skin care and a lot of lash serums and things like that, so be very careful, you don't want to get into your eye at all. I've done that a few times and it's just not worth the risk to your eye gland."
