"It is very affordable and it contains 2% salicylic acid which is the highest percentage you can get over the counter. This is a leave on solution that you kind of would use almost like a toner in your routine. The way this works is that salicylic acid, which is a beta hydroxy acid, it's oil soluble. It gets down into the pore and the oil gland where it can help break up that debris and unclog the pore. So this is going to be the most effective type of acid that I recommend for acne routines."

"This one has green tea, this one has spirulina. Very, very, very similar for salicylic acid. This probably does the job, but people love this. I love both. I prefer the directions of the PanOxyl. PanOxyl says start with application once daily and increase slowly. They also make sure to say always finish with SPF 30 after using this product. I don't think you should use this twice a day. You can use it once a day at night if you're somebody especially who's very oily."
