What the gurus are saying

This toner's creamy, gel-like texture delivers hydration and plumping without the thin, watery feel typical of many toners. It leaves skin smooth and glossy, and works particularly well for hyperpigmentation and brightening, thanks to green tea and licorice root, which provide both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. The rich formula suits cooler seasons best; those looking for summer hydration may want to save it for fall.

"I love love love this product. It's non-irritating. It's hydrating and that's very important for aging skin. Don't forget as we age our skin becomes dry and sensitive. You know, the main stay of our skincare as we age is hydration. Hydration will become everything. A lot of things become improve with hydration. Even your pigmentation will improve with hydration because don't forget if your skin as your skin ages it's taking much longer to come to the surface."

PAULA'S CHOICE ANTI-AGING, ANTI-PIGMENTATION ROUTINE
"I like their Resist Advanced Replenishing Toner, it's got hyaluronic acid in it, green tea extract, lots of skin restorers and antioxidants so it's not going to dry your skin. The biggest mistake you make with toners is using one with denatured alcohol in it so it gives you that quick dry feeling but at the same time your basically water is evaporated from your skin too, so that dries your skin again."

"I think this is particularly good if you need to soothe an inflamed or barrier right, inflammation, redness, stinging on the skin. You need to strengthen your skin barrier, this is a nice one. I didn't rate it but I wanted to say nine out of 10 because I was starting to get picky when I was making this, like too picky. I'm not to point off because Paula's Choice just in general is a little bit of a pricey skincare brand."

"This is the Paula's Choice Advanced Replenishing Toner, which I really like and I just featured it in my creamy toners video. So this has almost like a gel creamy gel kind of texture, and unlike the Dr Jart that ran right down my face, this has more body to it, a little bit more thickness to it right, so it didn't run down my face quite as fast."

"This is so yummy. I love the texture of this, I love the ingredients, I love the way that this performs on my skin. This is a hydrating, plumping, almost gel-like hydrating toner with a milky emollient, moisturizing silkiness to it. It actually has a good amount of hydration, a good amount of skin plumping with this really comforting, soothing moisture to it."

"I found this toner on an endcap and I was like yes this one. I [...] tried it out on my hand and I was like I'm buying this immediately. [...] It is a really beautiful blend of the hydrating plumping quality. There's hyaluronic acid in here so there's that plumping, almost gel-like quality to this toner, but then there's this silky, creamy but still gel-like feel to it too that brings some balancing moisture and it's really really elegant. There's a beautiful slip to this that's not sticky."
Nourishing Cream Toners for Fall 🍁
"I've been really loving this toner, actually started using it at the end of spring of this year and then I put it away for the summer because it is quite rich. But it is something that functions well for early fall times, for springtime, because it does have that really beautiful combination of the silky moisture that's not too much, but is a little bit more moisture. I do recommend this more for combo dry types of folks."

"Paula's Choice Advanced Replenishing Toner reminds me of a cream skin type product but it's packed with antioxidants as well, so it can almost be your AM serum if you want a bunch of antioxidants."
