"I found it easy to use with comprehensive instructions. I disagree with the claim of it being completely painless. I have a good pain tolerance but found it uncomfortable to do, especially on top of the bones like the orbital bone, around the mouth, or on the forehead, to the point that I never did more than two passes. Directly after treatment my face looked quite red, sometimes with a few spots of pinpoint bleeding, and it felt tight and sensitive for the next few hours. I didn't see drastic results, nothing I would attribute solely to the Qure system, but it is incredibly hard to judge subtle changes in your own skin. [...] I love the individually packaged heads and the clear and precise instructions. [...] It addresses my main concern, the risk of infection when doing at home micro needling, and I love that they provide a serum specifically designed to be used for the treatment. [...] Still, I have one complaint about the treatment ampoules: why use rose flower water instead of regular water. It allows you to mix two different serums, but if you could just screw the head onto the serum ampoule it would be less waste and less risk of contamination. I haven't made up my mind yet if I will continue using the Qure Micro Infusion System, in part because of my concerns regarding the rose water, and in part because I really do not like poking my face with the needles. But if you're already a fan of at home micro needling, this is a much safer and more hygienic option than traditional derma rollers, both because of the fresh head you use every time and because of the reduced risk of trauma to the skin compared to a roller."

"I absolutely love the Qure Micro Infusion System. One of the most effective treatments that I tried in a clinical setting was micro stamping growth factors, so I was really thrilled to see an at home option, but also super curious. I think this is executed so well to be a safe at home treatment but still effective. The dermastamping needles are 0.5 mm, which is the minimal amount to effectively work, so you don't need numbing cream, you're not going to be bleeding all over the place, but it will create that deep passageway. When I first started using this I definitely was a bit too light handed, I was very gingerly because it's not painless, and I would always be left with so much serum. That's okay, I just apply it afterwards, I love the EGF serum by the way. But when I really started stamping properly and letting the needles go as deep as they need to, everything just worked better. My skin would even feel tighter in the next few days. The toggle that releases all the serum works better too when I'm putting the right amount of pressure, and when I use it nowadays I have very little serum left. I was very against any type of stamping at home, but they're pushing the limits toward making this more acceptable at home, and to me that's an innovation. You have the micro infusion device, and I've always held the position that it does help ingredients penetrate better into the skin by poking holes in the stratum corneum. By creating that small amount of trauma to the skin, it does help support and boost your collagen production, so there's definitely benefits to microneedling. We see it in the office, there's definitely benefits to increasing penetration of your skincare products. The concern is always how do you do it safely, and they really have pushed the limits to make it safer. One, you have the sterile needle tips, each one comes in sterile packaging, the same type of packaging that we get our medical devices in in the office, individually torn, you use them. "I was arguing internally with myself: what were the problems I actually had with dermarolling at home? Does this check those boxes? And it kind of did, so I felt more comfortable recommending it because I no longer had an objective argument against it, but it really was a bit of an evolution. I actually think it works. That's because this uses a sterile head, single use, and it's also with very deliberate length needles. So the risk of infection, the risk of irritation, the risk of damage to your skin from the needling is much, much, much lower than with something like a traditional dermaroller. This is one of the most thoughtful uses of micro infusion because this is an ingredient that can have difficulty penetrating in the skin. By creating these tiny breaks in the skin, it can increase the penetration of these ingredients. If you're going to do it at home, please, please learn how to do this properly. That means cleansing the skin before. Don't do anything crazy, don't use a needle tip over and over again. You just don't want to introduce infection or irritation, and that's going to set your entire skincare routine backwards."

"The microinfusion system continues to be my favorite microneedling system because of the disposable heads. Microneedling always comes with risk, but I believe there are ways to minimize that risk, and I feel like Cure just has the best system for minimizing it. I do wish they had a serum system that didn't include fragrance ingredients. This is my second product in this video for hyperpigmentation, and it actually does work for me, though I'm very cautious with how I do it, I take a couple of days off my retinoid before microneedling and make sure my skin bounces back. What they got right is that it's a disposable system, which matters because you can't micro needle safely if you're introducing bacteria, and with something like a derma roller you can never fully sterilize it. I use it at .5 millimeter needles, I tried 1 millimeter once and that was too much for my skin, but at .5 I turn red but I don't get irritated.
