What the gurus are saying

This bronzer's cooler, more neutral tone sets it apart from typical warm bronzers, making it softer and more natural-looking on skin. Reviewers warm it on the back of their hand before applying with a fluffy brush to sculpt and define the face, focusing on the hollows and hairline for a shaped warmth rather than heavy colour. The formula blends easily and works well for those who prefer a less intensely bronzy result.

"This is the Rare Beauty bronzer in Bright Side. I'm going right under my cheekbones here. I'll put a little bit right there, too. Got all that nice sculpting from the numbing mask. So, I really want to show that off a little bit more with bronzer. It also, as you see, I was getting a little washed out if I don't add something back into my face."

"I run this around my hairline from my forehead all the way down my chin, giving special emphasis to the temples and right under the cheekbones as well as under the jawline. This is just to give a subtle sculpting effect to my face, really important when you're working on camera, all those bright lights can really flatten out your facial features."

"I use the Rare Beauty cream bronzer in Bright Side, drawing a three on each side of my face and blending it in. It adds some definition and contour plus a little warmth, and I like these cream formulas because they work well with the dewiness I build with my skincare."

"I'm using the Rare Beauty bronzer stick, which I don't believe is the exact [...] warmest bronzer but it's slightly more neutral for my skin. Looking at her makeup look, [...] it's not like so bronzy because it's just a little softer, everything is a little bit more soft, a little bit more natural, a little bit more like on the neutral side."

"I'm gonna start with bronzer so that I don't overdo it with the contour. I'm going in with the Rare Beauty Warm Wishes Effortless Bronzer Stick in the lightest shade [...] because I'm white. I'm gonna pick this up with my brush and start with my forehead. [...] I'm going in with bronzer first because I obviously want to create shape to the face, but I don't want to make my face look older than it needs to, especially when you've been crying or if you've been sick and you're exhausted."

"I'm using Rare Beauty Warm Wishes Effortless Bronzer Stick, which if I'm honest isn't the most perfect bronzer shade for me, but I wear it pretty often. It works nicely. It's like a relatively warm but slightly more on the neutral side."

"I think I like this, it's creamy, it's easy to use. That's actually warmed up my foundation a bit so everything seems to be matching a bit better. It's soft, it's creamy. This thing is fantastic. I love it."

"I tried out the rare Beauty powder the other day and in that video I was reminded of how good these rare Beauty Contour sticks are, so I wanted to wear this again. I think it's bright side. I'm going to warm this up on the back of my hand and then apply this all around the face just to sculpt the cheeks and warm up the complexion a bit."

"The bronzer stick in the shade bright side is one of my favorite shades just because it's a little bit more cool toned. I'm warming that up on the back of my hand and then picking that up on a fluffier but still defined brush to warm and sculpt the face with it. I focus it to keep warmth to the outside of the face, making sure to drag it into the hairline on the forehead. I also use this to shape the nose, connecting it to the eye shadow and dragging it down."

"For underpainting I mix the Rare Beauty Bright Side cream bronzer with the Mario shaping stick in fair because I just like the colors of these together. A stick version works best for underpainting."
