What the gurus are saying

The hydrating, oil-water texture earns praise for working well on drier skin types while still delivering on azelaic acid's benefits. The formulation itself scores top marks, though the price-to-value ratio gives some pause. Most gurus call it a genuinely solid product worth trying if you're looking for an azelaic acid that won't strip your skin.

"It's got azelaic acid. It also has the azelaic acid derivative P.A., which is great for sensitive and soothing skin. So this is great for redness, also hyperpigmentation. It contains sweatine, which is an ingredient that helps azelaic acid work better to smooth out skin texture. It's got niacinamide in there. It's a wonderful azelaic acid product. [...] I think it's 10% but yeah, it's really nice, really nice product. And if you have hyperpigmentation..."

Azelaic Acid - Why You Need Azelaic Acid in Your Skincare - The Best Azelaic Acid Products & How to
"Regimen Lab recently launched an Azelaic Acid Serum in addition to their lineup. It's really wonderful, it's got kind of a more hydrating texture to it, like an oil-water type texture, so it feels a little bit on the hydrating side. So if you have super dry skin this one might be worth checking out. It's really nice and comes in a glass bottle that feels really nice and solid, 1 oz. I'm virtually certain that's 10% azelaic acid."

"I think the price is too much for what you're getting. 10% azelaic acid, 10% azelaic acid derivative, and a few extras. I think the price is a bit too much if I'm honest. But I do like the fact that it's got that combination of the two. [...] Formulation-wise, 10 out of 10. [...] The actual product with the price probably knocks it down to an eight out of 10, but still a really good product, really really good product."
