The texture is ever so slightly thicker than the Lipid Gold serum lotion and it's actually a little bit more occlusive. It's a nice choice for this time of year. This is loaded with ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids. There's some really nice peptides in here that help with brightening the under eye area or the top lid area. There's brightening in here but there's barrier care in here too. It's creamy and silky and occlusive, and that is so important because this area for me dries out quite easily in the colder weather."

Stradia Lipid Gold Eye Cream takes that original Lipid Gold formulation and tweaks it for an eye cream format. We have that same base of sea buckthorn, we also have the ceramides, cholesterol, fatty acids, but this one does not use the 4% of niacinamide. This product has also included some petrolatum for the occlusivity factor, just a little bit to help hug everything into that more delicate eye area. They've also included some peptides and some ingredients that really help with under eye darkness as well. I love the texture because it maintains that really rich but light, lotion-like quality that the original Lipid Gold has, so it sinks into the skin really nicely but it's quite moisturizing and really comforting."
