"This is the one that I normally take, True Niagen. I don't have any affiliation with it or anything, but this is NR and this increases NAD levels. Now, I don't take this every day. This isn't going to save your life. It's not going to make you live longer. If you are not having an active lifestyle, and I mean working your ass off in the gym five days a week, you don't need this. You don't need more energy in your cells if your lifestyle is not supporting that."

"If you want to try an NAD supplement, I do recommend the oral version of NR. Not only is this much less expensive than the IV versions of NAD, but they're also fairly easy to obtain and you don't have to scar up your veins in the process. The one that I've been trying is True Niagen, and this is a favorite amongst many holistic health experts."
