"After cleansing, I come in with my ZIIP Halo 2.0 routine. If you're not familiar with it, it's a micro nanocurrent device. We're usually used to hearing about microcurrent, how it kind of lifts and tones the face, but the ZIIP Halo 2.0 is slightly different because it has nanocurrent. When you're using a microcurrent routine, like the lift program that comes right out of the box, you're getting both microcurrent and nanocurrent. Nanocurrent is that very very low current, the type that mimics the current naturally occurring in our bodies. "If you're interested in microcurrent, the Halo is actually much cheaper than the original ZIIP by about a hundred dollars, and your feedback is what drove the company to change the design of the microcurrent device switching from the original to the ZIIP. "This is the ZIIP Halo microcurrent device. I have talked about this a lot in the past, and it's something that I'm very consistent with during the week. I don't use this every day necessarily, but I will use this at least three or four times per week in my morning skincare routine. I really love using this all over the face and my neck, but especially around the eyes when I am really puffy and holding a lot of water underneath the eyes and underneath that brow bone. If I have a lot of water retention, I will go in with the microcurrent and it really does the trick. But there are real pros and cons here. On the pro side, I've never found another microcurrent option with a routine built for acne, and I've never seen nanocurrent routines like this anywhere else. On the con side, this is a very active treatment, you have to keep gliding it across your skin the whole time you use it, and you pretty much have to load up an app every time, which I don't love.
