This side definitely feels more hydrated, it looks more hydrated. Hydrated bouncy skin has like the light reflects off of it in a certain way. [...] It certainly looks good for me. [...] I don't love the scent but there's no denying the hydrated feel of my skin.

Fenty just launched an exclusive Fenty Beauty Skin body line at Ulta. That looks very interesting, but I need to smell them first, so next time I'm near an Ulta, I need to check that out. I did go to Ulta and smell them, and I'm not a fan, not of any of them.

Out of all of these, the only one that I probably wouldn't use is the Milky Moisture Cleanser, and that's because my skin is more of an oily type and I do tend to wear makeup, and I feel like that just wouldn't cut it for me. [...] If you're someone with a drier and or sensitive skin type, maybe the Milky Moisture Cleanser might be right up your alley, because it has a richer texture, it doesn't lather as much, and typically [...] when things lather less they tend to be more moisturizing.

"She calls it a foundation because it gives the most beautiful coverage, and [...] the smallest amount is all you need, [...] so put your sunscreen on first. She uses the Do It All Balm more often, saving this one for when she wants to look more done up. Even though it's full coverage, her skin still looks like skin and totally natural, and it covers [...] discoloration, blemishes, and birthmarks well. She wears shade deep honey in this one for a bit of warmth."

"The First Aid Beauty [...] hydrating sunscreen milk was definitely one of my favorite sunscreens of 2025. [...] Some sunscreens are moisturizing enough where you can just wear them on their own. However, some you might feel like you might need to put a moisturizer on first and then put this sunscreen on. [...] If it's a very dry day, you can layer the moisture underneath the sunscreen. But if it's a day where you're like, yeah, I'm all right, you can just use the sunscreen."

"I have oily skin, but as I get older, [...] the oiliness is starting to dwindle down a little bit. [...] I do appreciate when a sunscreen is very moisturizing. Also for my lifestyle, I really appreciate when a sunscreen is very moisturizing because that means I could skip my moisturizer and just do this, one step instead of two. It feels like there's nothing on, which I appreciate if the sunscreen can be moisturizing and not feel heavy at the same time. Hallelujah."

"Again, with the sunscreen stick, they're so easy to carry around. This one has chemical/organic UV filters, but this is a Korean sunscreen, not a Korean-American. This is straight up from the motherland. Korea sunscreen, right? You can use this year round. [...] You might need to put a moisturizer on first and then you could use this year round. It has a natural finish. Super easy to carry around like this little, you just slap that in your bag. You could even use it to reapply over your makeup."

"I really like it. It's very lightweight but really moisturizing, so I didn't need to use a moisturizer underneath. It felt really good and gave my skin a nice [...] medium dewy finish, like 'oh my god, she looks so healthy' kind of look. I did find it to be really moisturizing, and I could see where in the deep of winter I might need a moisturizer underneath or a little bit more, but I think this is good in warmer weather, early to midfall. [...] I could wear this in the summertime."

"This sunscreen is actually pretty nice. It's $17 for 1.69 fluid ounces. One thing I will give the Korean American sunscreens is that they come with a very nice cosmetically elegant experience for a very nice under $20 budget price. [...] I also find this to be a great primer for makeup [...] because [...] it gives the skin a sort of like there's a slight blurring action. This is not going to give you real life blur filter, but it gives a slight blurring action. It slightly makes the pores look less apparent."

[...] I don't have to be like really worried because there's some mineral sunscreens that feel very pasty and it's really hard to blend into the skin. This blends in really nicely. "I feel moisturized. I feel the shine. I don't see any shimmer. It's possible though if you have a lighter skin tone that you might see the shimmer a little bit better because it's possible that the shimmer is close to my skin tone, which might make it a little hard to see. "This is $40 for 50 ml, 1.7 fluid ounces. I would say that for all intents and purposes it's probably a dry skin person's sunscreen. "Initial thoughts on this Beauty of Joseon product is that I like it. I don't think that everyone with a deeper skin tone might have the same kind of experience with it because some of those deeper shades did look quite ashy to me. "One of the best ones is the Supergoop Resetting Mineral Powder. It does come at a pretty price, but the reason why I believe that is so pricey and others have not been able to compare is because of the packaging. I've tried less expensive versions and the packaging is trash. When you are putting a mineral powder on your face, the packaging has got to be on point, otherwise you can wind up putting too much and you have a spot where there's like mad powder here and then barely any there."

"For $44 you're going to get 0.68 oz of Glow Screen SPF 40. That's the one that has the shimmer in it, which might be a lot for the face, but it's also something that'll look good. You can put it on your décolletage, on your arms, or on your face if you want to, but remember you've got to put on enough sunscreen, which is 2 milligrams per centimeter squared of skin, which is about a quarter to a half teaspoon for your face, neck, and ears."

I like the glow stick because, as the name notes, it's a stick [...] and you can rub it on and get a nice glow anywhere that you want. "The CeraVe Hydrating Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50 is nice and hydrating and it's non-greasy, it sprays nicely on the skin. However, the white cast on this is wild. I don't even think CeraVe had white people in mind when they made this sunscreen. The problem with this mineral sunscreen is that because the white cast is so horrific, sometimes people don't put on as much as they should, and that defeats the purpose since sunscreen is not a little bit goes a long way type of product."

[...] If you're an old makeup head, [...] you know how we would use MAC Fix Plus, it wouldn't necessarily set your makeup, but it would take that powdery look down so that your makeup kind of looked more like makeup and not like powder. This is that, except it does that and it sets your makeup. MAC has since come out with a whole bunch of setting spray Fix Plus variations that maybe do the same thing as this, I haven't tried those yet."

They come in a range of shades so whether you're very fair or very deep you'll find one that works, and she's found four or five she loves: Prima Donna, [...] Golden Hour, Creme Brulee, and [...] Jubilee. "When your skin feels really dry or dehydrated, you can apply this while your skin is still damp, either on top of your moisturizer or on its own, and when you wake up in the morning your skin looks a little bit more bouncy and radiant. [...] You might need to do it a couple of times depending on how dry and dehydrated it looks."

"For ingrown hairs I use the Paula's Choice BHA. Because I don't use it very often this little bottle is all I need, I just put it on a cotton pad and gently swipe. This is not only good for acne, it's also good for ingrown hairs, because salicylic acid, aka BHA, goes deep into the pore and clears all the gunk, whether it's oils or an ingrown hair, and helps loosen it up so it can come out."

"This is amazing. I started using it way more with a weave in and wanting to keep the curls in my hair. This is like a lifesaver. I have a real on my Instagram where I go through how I'm able to maintain my leave out with a weave and all that other stuff. And this is definitely one of the items that helps me to maintain. This [...] holds the hair up in humidity. [...] What I love about it is that it swells up the same way that my natural hair, my leave out will swell up."

"There's also the Flawless Hair Trimmer which I've tried and like it's a device that has like these little blades around it. That's also something that it's almost impossible to cut yourself with. If it juts you and jooks you in your face or something like that then you probably get cut but other than that almost impossible for it to cut you."

"This is from Moroccanoil. They have this heat protectant spray. I'm thinking of getting some shampoo and conditioner from this line because I freaking love the smell. Back in the day when I had a relaxer, I loved Moroccanoil, so I might get [...] some shampoo and conditioner from them. But I like this heat protectant. It protects up to 450°F, or 230°C."

"This is a new deep conditioner that we have out and it has melting pearls, so the melting pearls are even more concentrated nutrients that are delivered to the hair. All of this focuses on repairing damage that can lead to breakage and repairing from the inside out."

"I like it because the skin barrier can get impaired back and forth after 40, and it really helps repair the skin barrier. When my skin feels particularly sensitive I'll put it on top of everything, or some nights I'll just wash my face, let it air dry a bit, and put it on. By the time I wake up in the morning my skin feels so much better."

"You can also use the Aquaphor Healing Ointment, you know, whatever your preference is. Apply a thin layer to the area before you put the item on and it can help lessen some of that rubbing and that friction and that pressing in because it's creating a little bit of a barrier between your skin and the item."

"Sometimes your skin just needs that extra TLC. Maybe you've got dry flakes, or maybe you've got eczema patches. That's where occlusives come in. They're something super thick, like the Aveeno Eczema Therapy Itch Relief Ointment. You can put it on damp skin, or put your moisturizer on first and then put this on top. It's almost like a whole moisture hydration sandwich: you get the hydration from the damp skin, and you lock it in with your moisturizer and the occlusive."

"You didn't need as much of the Charlotte Tilbury to get it to spread. [...] The Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter has been a popular product and I can see why. It's really pretty if you're going for a very minimal makeup look or just want a glow underneath your foundation."

"This is the e.l.f. Liquid Poreless Putty Primer. Typically I just need the primer in my T-Zone because that's why I get really really oily. [...] I don't like a super matte finish, I like more of a satin natural finish. So I like a little bit of luminosity, but since I have oily skin I can't go too hard otherwise that mess will be like a grease bowl on me."

"I like how the E.L.F. one feels better. [...] E.L.F. definitely blends a whole lot better. [...] One E.L.F. blush is seven and two E.L.F. blushes are 11. [...] Sometimes you get what you pay for. [...] Do I want a bunch of subpar sponges and pay less, or do I want to get something where it's not breaking the bank and it's going to do a much better job? [...] That's a no-brainer."

"What I like about this is that the bristles are densely packed, however they're really soft and flexible, so it's great for applying liquid foundation in a way where it's not going to look Masky and Cakey."

"They have their Caffeine Solution 5% plus EGCG that's also going to be 5%. People like that to help with the under eye puffiness and maybe to help with dark circles. Now bear in mind eye creams, eye treatments, eye serums, they're not going to be miracle workers. They can help lessen the appearance, but sometimes people put too much cadence on these eye creams and eye treatments when sometimes you got to see a pro."

"I finished out some Mighty Patch from Hero [...] Cosmetics. [...] Pimple patches are amazing because they do so many things. For one, it helps to give the pimple an environment where it can heal without things that would make it worse like UV, bacteria, your dirty stinking hands. So it protects the pimple from that. It also low-key protects you from popping the pimple because it's covering it, so you're probably less susceptible to squeezing it. [...] I like a lot from Hero."
